RETURN POLICY
Here at Douse Unique Expressions, we are confident that you will love your new item! However, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Nevertheless, there are times where we may have made a mistake on your order, in those times, we will happily remake your order whether it be stock or custom at no cost to you. REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN FOR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF ORDER.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the custom order is spelled properly as well as designed properly PRIOR TO CREATION AND IN WRITING. If specifications in writing are not sent, our design team will design using our standard style. Returns are not accepted if the buyer has not specified design changes and does not like our standard design. Any misspelled words will not be corrected, nor will a return be accepted for this reason.
Size charts are on every listing and therefore, returns will not be given for this reason. However, an exchange may be accepted if Douse Unique Expressions is made aware within 24 hours of receipt.
